 Requirement Analysis Phase

  •   Analysis and feasibility study of the requirements is done in this phase.
  •   The detailed software requirements are documented. This document is called software      Requirement Specification(SRS).
  •   In this role business Analyst, Project Manager, Team Lead...etc. are involved in this          phase analyzing the requirement.
